Three Monroe Properties Change Hands as Most Sale Prices Go Unreported

Monroe recorded three property sales between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only one deed disclosed a sale price. 10 Davis Rd. sold for $250,000 on July 17, the transaction's buyer and seller listed as Hunter R. Oakes and Adams Community Bank; that figure also serves as the period's price range and median, since the other two sales, at 161 Main Rd. and 43 Kingsley Hill Rd., did not disclose consideration amounts. All three buyers were corporate or institutional entities rather than individuals. With sale prices largely undisclosed, the data does not support a characterization of overall market conditions this period.
