Monroe recorded two property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, and neither deed had a sale price posted to the Franklin County Registry of Deeds as of this report. With no pricing data and only two transfers, a median or price range cannot be calculated this period. The most notable transaction was a trust transfer at 1 Davis Road, recorded Aug. 31, moving the property from Paul M. Herber to Paul Martin Herber as trustee of his own revocable trust. A second deed, recorded Aug. 27, lists the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation as seller but does not include a buyer name, address or price. The sample is too small to characterize market tone this period.
