Monroe recorded four property transfers between July 17 and Aug. 11, per Franklin County Registry of Deeds data, but only one deed disclosed a sale price. The 10 Davis Rd. property sold for $250,000 on July 17, from Hunter R. Oakes to Adams Community Bank; that figure sets both the range and median, since it is the sole disclosed price among the four sales. The other three transfers, on Manley Phelps Road, Main Road and Kingsley Hill Road, closed without a reported price. Three of four buyers were businesses or institutions rather than individuals, and no two sales shared a street, based strictly on the data available this period.
