Monroe Records Four Deed Transfers, Only One Discloses Sale Price
Monroe recorded four property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only one, the Aug. 17 sale of 16 Manley Phelps Road for $150,000, included a disclosed price; the price range and median both stand at $150,000 as a result. The other three transfers, at 1 Davis Road, 98 North Road, and an unaddressed parcel, closed without a stated consideration amount and involved trusts, a land trust, or government entities. With just one priced sale out of four recorded transfers, the available data does not support a read on whether Monroe's market favored buyers or sellers this period.
